After a crash

You choose the shop.

New Jersey collision law is not a mystery. A licensed facility, a written estimate, and your signature before the work starts. We are a Saddle Brook body shop. We work with insurance. We work for you.

The chart

What you are owed.

You pick the shop

An insurer may suggest a network shop. They cannot deny you a licensed facility of your choice.

Written estimate first

Parts, labor, and anything that is not new have to be on paper. If we charge for an estimate, you hear the fee before we write it.

Nothing starts unsigned

No parts orders, no teardown, no paint until you authorize the work — and again if the number goes up.

Your parts, your walk-around

You can keep replaced parts. You can inspect the car before you pay. Aftermarket parts have to be disclosed.
